Boarding and Daycare
in My Home-Dogs Only
  • Dogs must be social with children, men, women and other dogs.
  • Puppies are always welcome as I can socialize him/her for you.
  • Must be up to date on all shots-Rabies, Distemper Combo, including Bordetella. Proof from veterinarian must be provided to Pet Passions.
  • Must be on Heartworm and Flea & Tick Preventatives preferably, Frontline or Advantix. Please do not use flea or tick collars while here.
  • Fecal test must be done one year to one week prior to daycare or boarding date. Proof from veterinarian must be provided to Pet Passions.
  • Must be completely free of fleas and ticks at time of arrival.
  • Must be completely free of any contagious diseases/illnesses, including but not limited to kennel cough, skin diseases (mange etc.), colds (respiratory infections) and parasites.
  • Must be in good health unless other arrangements are agreed upon in advance. There may be additional charges depending on time required to care for your pet.
  • Prior to any service that will take place in my home, you and your dog are asked to come meet the Pet Passions Pack in advance.
  • You are responsible for providing your pets food; I will provide treats and toys. If Pet Passions must purchase additional quantities for your pet, payment must be reimbursed to Pet Passions upon your return.
  • Although we have plenty of bedding for your pet/s, we suggest that you bring their own to help them acclimate to their new surroundings.
  • Please make sure your dog is wearing an ID Tag.
  • It is your (owners) responsibility to pay for any damages in my home caused by your pet. All the rooms that your dog/s will have access to have been minimized of any dangerous or valuable objects. In some cases however, dogs have been known to jump up or climb to get at things.
  • We do not board dogs with aggressive tendencies or a bite history.
Overnight or Daily Visits
in Your Home
  • A meeting must take place in your home prior to the sitting date. There is no charge for this first meeting.
  • Your dog/s-cat/s must be up to date on all shots-Rabies, Distemper. Proof from veterinarian must be provided to Pet Passions.
  • Fecal test must be done one year to one week prior to visit. Proof from veterinarian must be provided to Pet Passions.
  • Pet must be in good health unless other arrangements are agreed upon in advance. There may be additional charges depending on time required to care for your pet.

  • Your pet must not have any aggressive tendencies towards strangers.
  • You are responsible for providing your pet's food, treats, toys, leashes, collars, kitty litter….. If Pet Passions must purchase additional quantities for your pet, payment must be reimbursed to Pet Passions upon your return.
  • Please make sure your dog/cat is wearing an ID Tag.
  • We have one to three dogs that are trained and socialized which can accompany me to your home for playtime with your dog at your request. However, a fenced in area is a must.
  • We cannot subject our safety to serious weather conditions. In times of blizzard like conditions you will have the option to have me bring your dog to my home. Additional charges for boarding and pet taxi will accrue.
  • During the snow season it is your responsibility to clear a pathway from the area we park our vehicles to the door we will be entering. If we cannot reach the entryway safely due to icy conditions and no cleared pathway you will still be responsible for 100% payment for that day.
Surcharges
  • Early Drop Offs or Late Pick Ups-$5 per half hour
  • $10 Surcharge for any and each service required before or after 7 a.m. or 7 p.m.
  • Bad Check-$35.00
  • Driving distance over 20 miles round trip-$1 for each extra mile over 20
  • Holidays-varies depending on service (see Services and Prices page).
Special Pricing/Discounts
  • Available for vacations over one week and scheduled ongoing care.
  • Discounts available for four or more Daycare visits in one month, scheduled and paid for in advance.
  • Some Snydersville residents-Chadford Commons, Quail Ridge, Hamilton East and Smiley Lane, will receive a 10% discount on all services.
  • Upon Request, I will quote prices for your caged pets.
Payment and Refund Policy
  • Vacation of one week or more-Deposit (check or cash) of half the total to be rendered at time of booking to hold dates. Balance must be paid in full upon return-cash only. If full amount is paid in advance, check is accepted.
  • Visits and Walks-To be Paid in Full on Date of Service.
  • Daycare To be Paid in Full on Date of Service. Discounts available for four or more daycare visits in one month, scheduled and paid in advance. No refunds-rescheduling only.
  • No Charge for first “Meeting”. The charge for each additional meeting including key pick-up will be $10.
  • No refund on 25% of TOTAL SERVICE CHARGE for vacation boarding or overnight care in your home if canceled in less than 7 days prior to service date. This will be deducted from deposit and balance remaining will be mailed to you. If a deposit was not rendered you will be billed.
  • No refund on TOTAL SERVICE CHARGE (100%) of sitting visits if canceled on date of service, otherwise 25% of TOTAL SERVICE CHARGE if canceled in less than 7 days prior to visit date.
  • No refund (100%) on scheduled Daycare. Rescheduling within same month only.
  • Your early return will still be billed at 100% of the original, total charge for ANY scheduled service.
  • If we cannot reach the entryway safely due to icy conditions and no cleared pathway you will still be responsible for 100% payment for that day.
  • Out of state customers must pay by cash only.
Health Issues and Injuries
  • Veterinary charges will not be reimbursed by Pet Passions for contagious ailments such as kennel cough, parasites and others. Also not reimbursable are vet bills due to scrapes, minor cuts, bruises and minor injuries.
  • Pet Passions will not be held responsible for the death or decline in health of a dog in our care, unless it is due to our negligence.
  • If the need arises while your pet is in our care, we will take him/her to the nearest veterinarian for treatment of illness or injury.


Our facility/home is regularly disinfected and meticulously maintained. Although we have never experienced any major injuries or illnesses, please keep in mind that just as a child contracts illnesses in school or can fall and get hurt during playtime, the same can happen with your pet, even in a small setting.


We reserve the right to deny service at our own discretion.
